FPE Software, Inc. is a company specifically established to develop and market fire protection engineering software. The board of directors of FPE Software, Inc. believes that software specializing in the fire protection/prevention field should not have to cost a small fortune. This high price philosophy inhibits the use of computer programming tools within the field. It is time for fire protection to keep pace with the technology available.

FPE Software, Inc. cannot keep pace with technology in all areas of fire protection, but we hope to provide some tools to make the field more easily understood by those who purchase our products.

The FPE Software, Inc. Board of Directors are all registered professional engineers in the field of Fire Protection and have over 30 years of combined experience. This experience includes industrial product, power generation, insurance, commercial and government(US & State). This web site may sometimes show intentional bias to the Fire Protection Engineering Curriculum at the University of Maryland, College Park, MD. This is due in full to FPE Software, Inc.'s Board of Directors being alumni of this engineering program. The board only hopes to be able contribute to the engineering program which has helped make this company possible.
